October: More Than Just Pink Ribbons in Buffalo NY
A powerful reminder from Buffalo, NY, that raising awareness can create real change.
This was a great day for the Domestic Violence Department from Community Service for Everyone. I had the pleasure of working with them and taking these amazing photos during their meeting for the month of October.
October is not only recognized for breast cancer awareness but also for domestic violence awareness month. Domestic violence is a serious topic that many people do not discuss. It often gets brushed under the table and goes unseen. So let’s spark up the conversation and do some research to learn how we can protect ourselves and where we can seek help when we need it.
We have some incredible people helping in Buffalo, New York, and I’m happy to amplify their voices.
